Queens

Nala

Nala (DOB 2/06) was my first queen. She comes from Millwood Cattery, owned by Jean Mill. Mrs. Mill pioneered the development of the Bengal cat in 1985, and remains to this day one of the most accomplished Bengal breeders. Nala has a littered, velvet- like, tight, short pelt. She has a light to golden background, with dark brown spots and rosettes. Her pattern is incredibly symmetrical. she has a long muscular body, thick tail, and tiny ears.

Sandstorm

Sandstorm (DOB 10/06) is my second queen, that was bred by Karen Sausman of Kingsmark. This is also a renowned cattery, located in the beautiful Sierra mountains of southern California.

"Stormy" is extremely typey and wild looking. She is still growing and developing. She has a long, slender body, and a long neck and tail. She has inky black spots and rosettes on a very light gray ground. These markings are symmetrical and random, have great contrast, and have almost' a three dimensional appearance. She also has a glittered, soft, tight pelt. As a kitten she had Ocelli spots on her ears, which have faded, but are still discernible at six months old. I have not seen this on any other Bengals, only on the ALC. I expect great kittens from this girl late in 07.
